Jewelers of America (JA) has officially opened the entry period for its 2025 CASE Awards, a national jewelry design competition. This competition honors JA Members who demonstrate exceptional Creativity, Artistry, Style, and Excellence in jewelry design. Entries are being accepted from May 12 through June 16, 2025. The 2025 competition features expanded and restructured pricing categories, ranging from jewelry up to $5,000 to pieces valued between $20,001 and $75,000, to better reflect the breadth of design and value within the industry. Designers are now permitted to submit more than one entry per category, fostering greater participation. Winners will receive a customized trophy, national trade and consumer media exposure, and benefit from additional promotional opportunities, including social media and digital marketing campaigns. Industry-specific competitions like the CASE Awards are crucial for setting and raising professional standards within the jewelry sector. They incentivize innovation, highlight emerging trends, and provide a platform for designers to gain recognition, which in turn drives market demand for high-quality, artfully designed jewelry. This fosters a cycle of continuous improvement and creative output within the industry.
